Lil Warriors is operated by Misaligned Games ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Android game and its promotional website. Contact: liam.poli1@gmail.com.
The game does not require an account. Game progress is stored on your device. The app uses the following services to understand gameplay, measure installs and advertising campaigns, and detect fraudulent attribution:
ANDROID_ID. These remain pseudonymous records, not anonymous data.
Session recording is disabled in the current release.We do not request precise GPS location, contacts, microphone, camera, or payment details. The current game does not contain in-app advertising or in-app purchases. Analytics and attribution collection currently has no in-game opt-out.
PostHog and AppsFlyer process data on our behalf. Where advertising-partner integrations are enabled, AppsFlyer may send identifiers and associated install, campaign and app-event information to the configured advertising partners for attribution, campaign measurement and fraud prevention. Such transfers are not necessarily limited to aggregate statistics. We do not sell your data.
Data sent by the app to these services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. This protects transmission; it does not mean that the service providers cannot process the information.
The promotional website records page views, button taps, a random visitor/session identifier, and campaign/referrer information to measure interest. If you choose to provide an email address for launch updates, that address is also collected. Website interest data is stored with Supabase. Providing a website email is separate from playing the Android game.
We retain analytics and attribution records for the purposes described above, subject to our service providers' retention settings. We do not promise that all records are automatically deleted within 90 days.
To request access or deletion, contact liam.poli1@gmail.com and say that your request concerns Lil Warriors. Include any relevant email address you submitted and any app or advertising identifier you have available. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may need additional information to locate pseudonymous device records and confirm that they relate to you. Deleting local game data or uninstalling the app does not itself delete records held by our service providers.
You can reset or delete the advertising ID through your Android device's privacy settings. This does not automatically erase previously collected records. Earlier internal test builds used an Android device identifier for analytics; the updated app starts a separate random analytics identity, without deleting historical records held by the service providers.
